Another riveting week of cricket in the Indian T20 League was followed by some of the best content produced from the league stage. Week eight of the Indian T20 League 2022 started on a sombre note, with the news of the passing of Australian great, Andrew Symonds. There’s a piece from Team Mumbai remembering the great time he had in the Indian T20 League. Along with that, there were a few other lighter content pieces that caught the attention of the fans.

Here’s our social media round-up from week eight of the Indian T20 League 2022.

THE DHOOM DHADAKA GANG IS BACK!

The iconic Dhoom Dhadaka Orchestra from the movie ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ just saw three Kiwis joining the party. Team Rajasthan recreated the catchy song from the movie with the likes of Trent Boult, Daryl Mitchell and James Neesham. The trio did an outstanding job of lip syncing and with bare minimum dance moves brought a big smile to the faces of the fans of the movie.

THAT’S ONE WAY TO BEAT THE MUMBAI HEAT

The news of heat wave striking is all over and even the players are feeling it when they are out in the middle. One way to cool yourself after a tough practice session in the heat of Mumbai is to dip your head in the ice cool refrigerator box, at least that’s what Glenn Maxwell did here and the team’s social media admin was at the right place to capture this moment.
