Predictions and Tips Ahead of Man U vs Tottenham Hotspur

Manchester United (Man U) host a highly-bolstered Tottenham Hotspur side in their next Premier League match with their former manager Jose Mourinho coming with all guns blazing to seek revenge. While Tottenham have been the better team in the EPL in terms of their gameplay so far, United haven’t been that promising. However, the Red Devils lead Spurs in head-to-head where they have won 68 times and drawn 26 of the 120 matches that they have played.

MANCHESTER UNITED

After finishing in the top four, contrary to popular expectations, Manchester United were finally looking all set under Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer when their 2020-21 Premier League campaign started with a shocking 3-1 loss to Crystal Palace. While fans were hoping their side would come out with a hunger to win against Bright & Hove Albion, Manchester United ended up with three points after the VAR allowed them a penalty after 90 minutes. Given their current form, Tottenham come as a huge challenge despite the match being on Man U’s turf.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Tottenham Hotspur didn’t have a great start to their Premier League campaign either. They started with a 1-0 loss to an expensive Everton side before winning away at Southampton and drawing with Newcastle United. However, their victories in the Europa League qualifiers factored a lot in the squad reshuffles and tiredness. Their most recent win was against Chelsea in the EFL Cup. After a lacklustre season under Mourinho last time, where the players were understandably getting acquainted with the manager’s methods, Spurs look ready for a top-four finish yet again.
